School resumes on January 3rd. There is so much to learn, it is very exciting! Parents, here are some helpful tips to ease the transition from the holiday festivities back to school time: - Adjust your child’s bedtime gradually several days before the first day back. - Keep them busy with extra physical activity before going back to school. This helps with back-to-school jitters and nervous energy. - Talk to your child about what they can expect the first day back to help to build excitement and ease anxiety. We are looking forward to an amazing second semester. Happy New Year!

Dear Parents, School lunch is critical to student health and well-being. It ensures students have the nutrition they need throughout the day to learn. Research shows that school lunches reduce food insecurity, obesity rates, and poor health. In addition, the new school meal nutrition standards are having a positive impact on student food selection and consumption, especially for fruits and vegetables. Please log onto www.mymealtime.com to add funds to your student's meal account.
